He heads the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department, responsible for filing trademark, trade name, copyright, and patent applications, as well as for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property. Mr. Soto has advised local and international clients in the creation of corporate legal structures that provide special protection for their intellectual property, taking into consideration risk mitigation strategies.
